Loretta Anderson- Webber

Founder & CEO

Loretta (LAW) began her career in Hospitality in 1999 and has been Certified as General Manager for major brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Choice, and Drury.

She also has experience with independents, boutique brands and above property leadership.

Loretta earned a B.A. in English for Secondary Education in 2004, successfully completed Real Estate school in 2014 and Lean Six Sigma in 2020.

Loretta and her husband, Tony do life together without a dull moment having four beautiful children and two very precious grandchildren.

LAW’s motto is: “BE the DIFFERENCE! Hospitality is not a job that you get. It’s a job where you give and earn joy from giving it. I do!”

Asha is a hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience with select brands such as Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Choice, Hyatt, and Wyndham.
 
Asha’s expertise encompasses sales, marketing, operations, revenue management, e-commerce, openings, and renovations, with a proven track record that enables her to quickly develop strategies to support business growth. 

She is known for creating a warm and welcoming environment that
makes you feel cared for while also providing a memorable experience to foster lifelong connections. 

She is a family-first gal who enjoys the beach, chai tea, and being a wife and mother.

Amber holds an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree with a concentration in Travel and Tourism Operations, showcasing her commitment to specialized knowledge in the field. 

This educational foundation, coupled with nearly two decades of hands-on experience, including a First Responder with LAW of Hospitality, positions her as a valuable asset in navigating the intricacies of the hospitality industry. 

Amber has been known to say “Life is too short to not have fun and make happy memories”.  This rings true not only with her hospitality family, but also in her personal life.  

When Amber is not creating memorable experiences for her hospitality family, you can find her snuggled on the couch with her dog, Blu, and cat, Duke, watching action movies with her husband and teenage sons, or painting.
